Civil Engineer - Land Development Specialist

This role involves creating engineering plans for land development based on calculations and research. The ideal candidate will have experience in AutoCAD and strong design skills to create visual aids.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers to establish project timelines and designs
  • Prepare Bill of Quantity, Project Estimate, Tender Documents, and Specifications
  • Conduct site visits as per drawing and site progress physically and financially
  • Ensure quality of material and workmanship and report daily, communicate with client and site engineers
  • Cross-check drawings with architecture and other technical aspects and prepare weekly/monthly reports

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering
  • 1-5 years of experience in civil related companies

Requirements:

  • Able to travel to sites
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project and languages English and Gujarati
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
