Job Opportunity: Customer Service Role

This is a remote position with flexible working hours, operating 6 days a week.

Candidates should have at least 0.5–3 years of experience in customer service or pre-sales.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Telugu and English languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads and smooth conversion into enrolled students.
