Job Title: IT Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to ensure smooth IT operations by managing systems, networks, and user support. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining infrastructure, ensuring data security, and coordinating with vendors for upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues; diagnose and resolve faults.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, peripherals, and IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Support employees with system access, applications, and connectivity for seamless operations.
  • Ensure regular data backups, patch updates, and compliance with IT security protocols.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and coordinate with vendors for upgrades and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving, effective communication, and user support skills.
  • Knowledge of data backup, patch management, and IT Security protocols.
  • Overview of VMware and Cyber Security is a plus.

About the Role:

This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, providing timely support to employees, and maintaining the overall integrity of our IT infrastructure.
