We are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist to create clear, concise, and accurate documentation for our products, services, and processes. This includes user manuals, API documentation, installation guides, FAQs, and internal documentation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong understanding of software development processes and tools, and experience working with documentation tools and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation such as user guides, API documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal process documentation.
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly content.
- Edit, standardize, or revise content to meet standards and ensure consistency of tone, structure, and style.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and tools (Agile, Git, APIs, SDLC).
- Experience working with documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Confluence, GitHub, DITA, Markdown, etc.).
