About the JobThe ideal candidate will provide level 1 and level 2 support for client-facing systems and applications, including mainframes, Tandems, switches, networks, processor links, ATMs, servers, windows, UNIX, Linux, and internet applications.
- Monitor hub for tandem device support for switches, processors, bank transactions, and POS debit/credit for banks and credit unions.
- Notify clients via email/phone call for host issues.
- Create and track incident tickets, responding to emails and call-originated requests, including host status, host stop/start, and turning on audits.
- Perform monitoring and operational management functions for associated hardware and software within a 24x7 processing environment.
We are looking for candidates with experience in Alert Center, SNOW, and NICE, as well as knowledge of client objectives/business priorities and FIS's role in achieving them. The ideal candidate should be able to effectively use production control tools and resources, encompassing mainframe, open system processing, processor link/Connex software, ATMs, environments.
