We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Researcher to join our team.

About the Role

As a Quantitative Researcher, you will be working on solving complex problems in high-performance computing, data, and finance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced mathematical models to analyze complex data sets
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights
  • Design and implement efficient algorithms to solve computational problems
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate research findings into production-ready code
  • Communicate research findings and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field from a Tier-1 college
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in quantitative research or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python (or similar programming languages) with excellent coding and debugging skills
  • Experience with Big Data and Relational Database Management Systems
  • Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, problem-solving, architecture, and design patterns
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to work effectively in an agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with financial markets and instruments
