Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our data science initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree in a quantitative field and demonstrate expertise in Python programming with experience in machine learning frameworks.

The successful candidate will be well-versed in the evolution of natural language processing, encompassing traditional language models to modern large language models. They will also have hands-on experience with LMs (Llama 1/2/3, T5, Falcon, Langchain) and predictive modeling expertise in Python.

Responsibilities include leading a team to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders, coordinating with stakeholders to gather relevant data assets, crafting project plans and sprints, and optimizing clusters for data science workflows.

Key tasks involve creating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, conducting exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and defining performance metrics prior to running ML/DL algorithms. Additionally, you will research comparable solutions, develop optimized data models, run ML/DL algorithms, optimize and validate these models, and integrate and operationalize them in client ecosystems.

Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in a quantitative field
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Experience in machine learning frameworks
  • Knowledge of natural language processing and large language models
  • Familiarity with LM architectures (Llama 1/2/3, T5, Falcon, Langchain)
