Job Summary:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their complex post-sales concerns and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, provide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers, and manage support cases to ensure timely resolution.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to debug complex technical issues and provide detailed RCA documents for official submissions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers and partners
  • Handle escalations from the front line and Tier 2 technical support teams
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and provide best practices to customers
  • Manage support cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Perform fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
Requirements:
  • More than 5 years of customer-facing technical support experience
  • Expertise in Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS etc.)
  • Experience working with Firewall Central Management Systems
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
