Job Description

We seek a seasoned finance expert to lead our accounting function.

The ideal candidate will have at least 14 years of experience in producing monthly and year-end financial statements for statutory reporting, as well as managing full-cycle accounting teams. They will also possess excellent knowledge of IFRS standards and advanced Excel skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and reviewing activities of the accounting team, ensuring that financial reporting procedures are aligned with corporate standards. They will collaborate with FP&A and Global Finance to provide support for planning initiatives through financial analysis and management information, reports, and recommendations.

Additionally, they will promote the use of common and harmonized processes and tools across the region based on best practices/strategies, and ensure compliance with local tax laws.

Key qualifications include strong leadership skills, including demonstrated management skills, ability to foster employee performance and development, decision-making skills, initiative and autonomy with a strong sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills. They will also be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, and act as an agent of change.
