Our organization requires an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Audio Visual Solutions Expert. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audio visual products and industry trends, along with excellent communication skills to build strong client relationships.

This dynamic role involves developing and managing client relationships, driving sales, and delivering tailored AV solutions to meet customer needs. You will be responsible for conducting technical needs assessments and site surveys, collaborating with engineering and project teams, and presenting AV solutions to clients.

You will also manage key vendor relationships, stay current on AV product innovations and certifications, and manage a portfolio of key accounts. Additionally, you will support post-sale transition to project management, maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports, and achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

The successful candidate will have a Master's/bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or a related field, minimum 3 years of experience in AV sales, account management or a related role, and strong understanding of AV solutions including video conferencing, control systems and integration.
