Project Manager Opportunity

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

  • Technical Due Diligence: Conduct thorough technical due diligence on upcoming projects in Kolkata and NCR locations.
  • Mep Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of MEP systems and local authority approvals processes.
  • Project Oversight: Review and take ownership of project drawings and BOQs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Procurement Planning: Plan and present procurement plans to the business team, ensuring cost-saving mechanisms throughout the project life cycle.
  • Constructability Reviews: Provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction stages.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of minutes and risk mitigation plans.

Skillset Required:

  • Commercial Project Experience: Demonstrate working knowledge of commercial projects and aptitude in client-centric operations.
  • Team Management: Possess strong background in team management, research skills, and attention to detail.
  • Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects with accuracy, prioritize tasks, and manage timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.E/B. Tech Electrical/Mechanical degree from a full-time day course institution.
  • Specialization: Specialized in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
