Role:

Automation Specialist for Business Intelligence (BI) Tools using Ansible, shell scripts, and Python.

Experience Range: 6 – 8 Years

Location: Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune, Gurugram

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in writing automation scripts around BI tools using Ansible, shell scripts, and/or Python.
  • Familiarity with Scrum Agile methodology and JIRA.
  • Strong ownership, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Understanding of BI tool architecture preferably Tableau.

Bonus Skills:

  • Ability to design and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automation deployments.
  • Knowledge of Public Cloud concepts and containerization.
  • Able to incorporate other components into the ecosystem for automation, such as password management systems and REST API-based workflows related to BI platforms.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Performance analysis of problems/incidents to identify business impact and root causes.
  • Application debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Performance tuning to improve application performance and reliability.
  • Continuity of Business (COB) and high availability efforts.
  • Ownership of major incidents or outages of critical systems.
  • Development and maintenance of Application monitoring solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 15 years of full-time education.
  • Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable).
