As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for sourcing working capital loan facilities to Agri-related industries, food processing, and agro-processing industries.
- Collaborating closely with experienced professionals, you will identify new business opportunities and drive growth through strategic partnerships.
- With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will work to build trust and loyalty with clients, ensuring seamless customer service.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Working collaboratively with the credit team to manage client expectations and ensure effective risk management.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think strategically and work independently.
A post-graduate diploma or degree in banking and finance is preferred, with majors in marketing and finance being advantageous. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, as well as relationship management skills.
Must be willing to work extensively in the field, traveling to meet clients and identify new business opportunities. A valid driving license and own vehicle are required.
