Job Title: Business Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Portfolio Health: Ensure timely loan disbursement and repayment, minimizing delinquencies and non-performing assets.
  • Territory Management: Develop and manage teams across assigned territories to enhance market penetration and reach.
  • Customer Engagement: Assess potential client base, product acceptability, and opportunities for geographic expansion.
  • Delinquency Management: Closely monitor and follow up on disbursed loans, particularly those delinquent or non-performing.
  • Centre Visits and Meetings: Conduct regular field visits, attend centre meetings, and interact with loan applicants.
  • Quality Control: Maintain portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, nonstarters, delinquencies, and potential frauds.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients internally and externally, enhancing brand visibility and customer trust.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure daily/weekly meetings and centre visits are conducted as planned.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Fresher to maximum X years of experience in Sales Officer roles within Microfinance businesses.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of Microfinance business and JLG model operations is preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Business Sourcing: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrate sales drive and acumen.
  • Customer Service: Provide key customer service attributes.
