Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our Regional Business Development Team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and team management.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of achieving loan disbursement targets while maintaining high portfolio quality. They will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing relationships, and ensuring daily/weekly collections targets are met.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve loan disbursement targets and maintain portfolio quality.
  • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales officers to achieve daily/weekly collections targets.
  • Maintain close relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

  • Fresher to maximum 5 years of experience in Microfinance business as a Sales Officer.
  • Strong understanding of Microfinance business operations and JLG model.
