Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing both B2B and B2C channels while leading a team to drive business growth. Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with stakeholders, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets within the state of Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand the dealer & distributor network for nanotechnology-based surface solutions.
• Appoint and manage state distributors, and local dealers for B2B (industries, OEMs, infra) & B2C (retail, household, hardware).
• Ensure smooth supply chain operations and sales growth within the state.

Requirements:
• Experience in channel sales & distribution development (preferably in coatings, chemicals, or hardware & b2b strength)
• Strong networking, negotiation, and market expansion skills.
• Ability to manage large territories and drive high-value sales.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Channel Development, Dealer Development, or Distribution Management.
• Proven experience in handling B2B and B2C sales channels.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive business growth.
• Proficiency in market research and sales analytics.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
