Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Channel Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the institutional channel. Your primary focus will be on identifying key clients, building strong relationships, and negotiating contracts to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned region
- Identify and target key institutional clients in the assigned region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and customer projects

Requirements:
- Proven track record of at least 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Building Services Contractors /Facilities, Offices, Retail, Malls, HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering), Industries, Educational Institutes, Institutional Wholesalers & Govt sector
- Experience selling Prof Cleaning Chemicals & Tools is mandatory
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
