About the Role

As a Sales Manager at KP Manish Global Ingredients Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, increasing market share, and achieving revenue targets within designated territories. You will work closely with our Application Lab to coordinate customer-related application development projects and provide technical assistance to customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of technical aspects related to ingredient applications and functionalities, as well as excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, understand their needs, preferences, and challenges, and tailor solutions effectively will be essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales:

  • Technical Support:
    • Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers, leveraging expertise in ingredient applications and functionalities to address technical queries and provide value-added solutions.
  • Application Development Coordination:
    • Collaborate with the Application Lab to coordinate customer-related application development projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and timely delivery of solutions.
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. A technical background or relevant experience in the pharma, cosmetics, life science, or ingredient trading industry is preferred.

You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successful sales experience, meet or exceed sales targets, and have excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be analytical, with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and sales metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this position is up to ₹12 LPA (approximately $16,000 USD per annum), depending on your experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
