Job Overview

Our organization is seeking experienced Performance Test Engineers to join our team for a large banking client. The ideal candidates should have strong expertise in JMeter, performance testing practices, and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts using JMeter. They will also analyze test results to identify bottlenecks, scalability issues, and performance gaps. Additionally, they will collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to define performance test requirements.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can document test scenarios, test data, and results for review and knowledge sharing. The ideal candidate should also be able to provide recommendations to improve system stability, scalability, and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with JMeter
  • Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, load testing, stress testing, and endurance testing
  • Good knowledge of analyzing performance test results and identifying root causes
  • Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (any stream) OR MCA OR M.Sc. (IT)
  • Must have passed or be willing to clear ISTQB Foundation Level (or equivalent) within 3 months of joining
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
