Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining relationships with vendors.

As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with stakeholders to implement efficient payment processes, reconcile vendor accounts, and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement.

  • Manage the entire accounts payable process, from receiving invoices to making payments">
  • Verify and investigate discrepancies in vendor statements and reconciliations">
  • Prepare and submit reports detailing accounts payable status and trends">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor information, payment history, and other relevant data">

Requirements:

We seek candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of success in managing accounts payable operations.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 5 years of experience in accounts payable management. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with industry regulations related to collections and dispute resolution.
