Procurement Specialist

The role of a Procurement Professional is instrumental in driving organizational success by effectively managing purchasing activities. A suitable candidate will possess outstanding on-site inspection skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in procurement management.
Key Responsibilities:- Site Inspection: Conduct thorough site inspections of products and materials to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Purchase Order Management: Coordinate and manage the entire purchase order process from requisition to receipt of goods.
- Supplier Relationship Development: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Quality Control: Regularly conduct quality control checks to ensure that all purchased goods meet the required standards.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including procurement team members, engineers, and production staff.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to purchases, such as defects, delays, or supply chain disruptions.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement management or a related field.
- Excellent on-site inspection skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
