Financial Operations Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the capacity of Financial Operations Associate. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless financial transactions with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner
  • Meet invoice delivery deadlines to maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Enter invoices into customer invoicing systems
  • Submit invoices via electronic data interchange for efficient processing
  • Familiarize yourself with customer-specific invoicing requirements
  • Carefully review each field on invoices before submission to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain all supporting documents and attach them to invoices as required
  • Regularly update invoice submission status in our Navision system
  • Keep detailed records of invoice submissions and customer invoicing processes for future reference
  • Collaborate closely with payroll and invoicing teams to streamline the invoice submission process
  • Send out statements of accounts to customers
  • Reconcile self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets
  • Handle any invoice rejections or credit and rebills
