Job Title: Finance Executive – R2R

Location: Pune

Educational Background – Qualified Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely consolidated/standalone books of accounts & financial reports.
  • Review and issue consolidated and standalone balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, statement of changes in equity, and notes to accounts as per Indian accounting standards and Schedule III.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI LODR guidelines.
  • Provide data for RPT compliance.
  • Account for critical aspects like ESOP, business combinations, trade deposits, etc.
  • Maintain extremely high standards of accuracy in representing financial data and ensure timely and error-free statutory financial reporting.
  • Review and approve related party transactions schedule/reconciliation at period-end.
  • Review consolidated reports and reason analysis for key variances before circulation.
  • Assist internal and external auditors with smooth query resolution.
  • Recommend improvements to current consolidation process to reduce overall Turn-Around-Time (TAT) and improve reporting speed and efficiency.
  • Foster customer-centric relationships with other working groups.
  • Resolve errors to high standards within reasonable timeframes and with end-user satisfaction in mind.
  • Contribute effectively to the team and facilitate building a strong team culture.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers and coordinate physical verification of assets.
  • Work on lease accounting as per IND AS 116 and control review of lease asset schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting processes preferably in same/similar industry.
  • Knowledge and experience of SAP S4 HANA ERP system.
  • Sound understanding of various Financial Accounting Standards (local and global) and Accounting Principles.
  • Expertise in tools and systems for Financial Consolidation.
