Job Summary:

This role oversees all administrative functions and human resources activities within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Employee onboarding, including new employee orientations and proper onboarding processes.
  • Administrative staff oversight and activity coordination for smooth office functioning.
  • Payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management coordination.
  • Office policies and procedures development and implementation.
  • Meeting, appointment, and travel arrangement coordination.
  • Correspondence, filing systems, and record keeping.
  • Expense tracking and budgeting assistance for administrative operations.
  • Employee records management, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.
  • HR policies and procedures development and implementation in line with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Employee relations issue handling, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Office operations management, including supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in HR and administration.
