Key Responsibilities

  • Develop concept designs of high complexity, refining selected design options into schematic and draft final designs.
  • Cross-functional coordination with Structural, Mechanical, Water & Environment teams for projects requiring design requirements across disciplines.
  • Conduct value engineering with stakeholders for high-complexity projects.
  • Review and validate design deliverables for medium to high complexity projects with clients and authorities.
  • Develop tender documents and support during the tender process.
  • Review design deliverables of medium complexity projects, conduct detailed reviews and checks, and issue checking reports.
  • Support Project Managers in managing project scope, schedule, and budgets, as well as resource allocation and project schedules.
  • Manage external suppliers and subcontracts, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Maintain quality control policies and procedures on design deliverables, conduct peer reviews, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Master's Degree in Architecture preferred.
  • 10+ years industry experience in architectural design.
  • Strong experience in developing architectural designs for large and complex projects.
  • In-depth knowledge and proven track record in architectural design.
  • Understanding of international engineering standards and codes.
  • Global best practices and trends in architectural design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

  • Revit Architecture.
