Product Success Associate

As a detail-oriented and analytical Product Success Associate, you will drive the successful implementation and sustained usage of our product across multiple projects. You will understand product data and user behavior, provide support to teams on the ground to solve real-world challenges, gather meaningful insights, and guide optimal product usage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze product usage data to gain valuable insights into patterns and trends, providing informed recommendations to improve product engagement and functionality.
  • Facilitate the correct and efficient implementation of the product across various projects, ensuring it meets the unique needs and expectations of each.
  • Offer ongoing, on-ground support to project teams, helping them understand product functionalities and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Engage with users to gather requirements, feedback, and challenges to relay back to the product team, influencing product improvements and updates.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with project teams, ensuring they are aligned with best practices for product usage and optimization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and support, ensuring that all users have the resources and guidance they need to succeed.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting product usage data to derive actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in a support-oriented role, ideally within product implementation or customer success, where you have provided expert guidance and solutions to clients or end-users.
  • Familiarity with facility management, civil engineering, construction, or accounting principles is beneficial but not required.
  • Proficiency in the English language is essential, as it will enable effective communication with our global teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to empathize with users and deliver personalized support.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations.
