Strategic Product Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to define and drive the product strategy and roadmap across our platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments, with a proven track record of building scalable B2C or B2B2C financial platforms or marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and own the end-to-end product vision aligned with company goals and market trends in alternative investments.
  • Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and development plans.
  • Champion user experience and design thinking across the product lifecycle.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, track success metrics, and iterate.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, leader, and strategic thinker with a strong grasp of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial products. They will also have experience working with cross-functional agile teams and a bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or similar credentials a plus.

Product Leadership Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet customer needs.
  • Strong understanding of fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
