Job Description:

We are seeking a forward-thinking professional to spearhead innovation and drive growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of emerging technologies, new business models, competitor moves, and untapped market opportunities in the IoT ecosystem.
  • Develop comprehensive research reports on long-term trends, disruptions, and potential threats to current business operations.
Market Validation & Feasibility Assessment:
  • Design and execute validation processes for new opportunity hypotheses, utilizing customer feedback, expert insights, competitive analysis, and prototype testing.
  • Develop robust financial models and business cases to assess market size, potential ROI, and strategic value of new opportunities.
Strategic Incubation & Business Building:
  • Lead initial incubation phase for validated opportunities, defining product-market fit, building MVPs or prototypes, and running pilot programs with early customers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to accelerate incubation process.
Ecosystem Engagement:
  • Build a network of external contacts to serve as a radar for emerging innovation and potential partnership opportunities.
Strategic Communication:
  • Clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to senior leadership to inform strategic investment decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy role such as corporate strategy, venture capital, management consulting, product management, or business development within technology context.
  • Proven experience in market analysis, new venture development, or managing early-stage innovation projects.
  • Deep understanding of IoT technology stack, competitive landscape, and key market drivers.
  • Superior analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience building business cases from ground up.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
