As a seasoned mainframe test engineer with 5+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering high-quality test cases, automating testing processes, and collaborating with global stakeholders to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute manual and automated test cases using JCL, COBOL, SQL, and other relevant tools
  • Design and implement automation frameworks using Rest Assured, Karate, Selenium, Cucumber, and Java
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on testing progress and outcomes
  • Perform thorough analysis to identify and troubleshoot testing issues
  • Maintain accurate records of testing activities and results in a tracking system

Requirements:

  • Strong background in QA manual and automation testing
  • Proficient in Mainframe testing, including JCL, COBOL, and SQL
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices, including Jenkins
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
  • Good understanding of financial industry concepts and regulations
