Job Title: BMS and CAN Testing Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled BMS & CAN Testing Specialist to fill this challenging position.

Role Overview:

This role involves conducting thorough testing and validation of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and ensuring proper communication between the battery packs and vehicles using the Controller Area Network (CAN) protocol.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform rigorous functional and validation testing of BMS hardware and software.
  • Conduct in-depth CAN protocol testing, including message monitoring, debugging, and analysis.
  • Work with advanced tools like CANalyzer or equivalent.
  • Create detailed test cases, document test results, and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of BMS issues.
  • Collaborate with design and R&D teams to optimize system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Embedded Systems or related field.
  • Expertise in lithium-ion batteries, EV systems, and BMS architecture.
  • Understanding of CAN bus protocol and diagnostic tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and reporting ability.
