We are seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented professional to lead our dialer operations.

Job Description

Our team is responsible for managing daily dialer system performance, configuring call flows and campaigns, and monitoring uptime and productivity.

This is a high-responsibility role at the intersection of operations, analytics, and people management.

Dialer Operations
  • Manage and optimize daily dialer system performance.
  • Configure call flows, campaigns, and agent allocations.
  • Monitor uptime, connectivity, and productivity; troubleshoot issues promptly.
MIS & Analytics
  • Build structured dashboards and reports for real-time tracking.
  • Deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a dynamic team of 25-30 tele-callers.
  • Drive daily targets, SOP adherence, and call quality.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and resolve escalations.
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with recovery managers, product, field, and legal teams.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and management requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in dialer operations and MIS reporting.
  • Hands-on experience managing call center teams in high-volume environments.
  • Strong background in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Kannada & English, additional languages are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Startup mindset – hands-on, adaptable, and execution-driven.
