Product Management Specialist

We are seeking a Product Management Lead to drive our product strategy and vision. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to gather and refine product requirements.
- Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring effective understanding of project goals and timelines.
- 3-8 years of experience in product ownership or business analysis.
- Hands-on experience in vendor management, learning sessions, requirement gathering, and townhall meetings.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
