Job Title: Technical Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients or internal teams.
This position requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 60-80 WPM.
You should have strong troubleshooting experience, including diagnosing and resolving complex issues using SOP documents. Additionally, familiarity with support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical skills for breaking down issues is essential.

An Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in infrastructure, storage, and service desk roles.
End-to-end knowledge of the Record to Report process and good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are also necessary.
Flexibility with night shifts and rotation shifts is also expected.
The selected candidate must carry two photocopies of their Aadhar/PAN card and register their EPs.
It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of the TCS application form during the drive.
