We are committed to gender inclusion, and our program participants include 52% girls, highlighting our commitment to empowering women through skilling. Our foundation has expanded into Peri-Urban and Rural Livelihood Program, focusing on empowering women in peri-urban and rural areas.

Job Role Overview

You will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager – Finance in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will work closely with internal teams, funders, and auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely MIS reports at district, regional, and national levels.
  • Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for internal and donor reporting.
  • Manage revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Maintain hands-on knowledge of financial statements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Undertake other responsibilities assigned by senior management.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A flair for numbers and ability to interpret financial data effectively.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Compliance-oriented with high ethical and moral standards.
  • Experience in auditing and financial analysis.
  • Innovative and solution-oriented thinker.
  • B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA/MBA degree.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts management.
