Job Title:

Senior Financial Analyst

This role involves handling daily financial tasks, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting management with accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Responsible for daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, ledger entries, and financial statement preparation.
  • Prepares and reviews financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports.
  • Performs month-end and year-end closing and reconciliations.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, ITR, and other statutory requirements.
  • Manages inventory accounting and cost analysis.
  • Supports audits with proper documentation.
  • Generates reports as needed by management.
  • Processes entries like contra, journal, receipt, and payment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficient in Tally, knowledge of Zoho or other ERP tools is a plus.
  • Good understanding of AP, AR, GST, MIS reporting, and compliances.
  • Experience with inventory accounting is preferred, FV domain is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting tools.
