Job Title: International Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented financial professional to join our accounting team.

This role involves handling end-to-end financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance for international clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US GAAP, QuickBooks, and international accounting practices, along with prior experience in working with international clients in a BPO/KPO/outsourcing setup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for multiple international clients.
  • Record journal entries, general ledger adjustments, and ensure timely posting of transactions.
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per US GAAP.
  • Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and inter-company balances.
  • Support preparation of management reports and financial dashboards for clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2–4 years in international accounting / outsourcing / KPO industry.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, US tax compliance, and payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting software.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with international clients.
