Senior Property Investment Analyst

Our company is seeking an experienced and meticulous property investment analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating property investment opportunities, analyzing financial data, and making informed decisions that impact real-money transactions.

This is a secure, full-time remote role with a respected UK-based organization, offering a long-term and challenging career opportunity.

  • Evaluating residential and commercial property deals
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent reports, and other key documents
  • Calculating key figures: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Using and maintaining deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Producing written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting work
  • Taking ownership of analysis — decisions matter
  • Listening to feedback and improving with every deal reviewed
  • Updating deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Love working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understanding of terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Meticulous — checking work three times, not once
  • Ability to handle important decisions under pressure
  • Open to feedback and constantly aim to improve
  • Strong integrity — careful with numbers as they matter
