Transport Logistics Coordinator

 

Job Description:
As a key member of our transport team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless end-to-end transport coverage. You will work closely with the facility manager to provide efficient and cost-effective transport services to clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily transportation operations, including scheduling and dispatching vehicles.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and report any incidents or issues to the Transport Helpdesk.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve transport efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including mileage, time sheets, and logs.

 

Requirements:

 

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in transport management in a BPO setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
