Job Title: Area Collection Manager

 

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading the team from the front by visiting critical and high-value customers for resolution and collections. You will also strategize and implement plans to achieve business objectives for the region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Visiting critical cases for resolution and collection.
  • Leading the team from the front by visiting critical and high-value customers.
  • Strategizing and implementing plans to achieve business objectives for the region/state.
  • Ensuring the team adheres to policy and regulatory frameworks.
  • Liaising with external vendors, including legal teams, to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Providing timely feedback and updates on concerns that may impact the organization financially or regulatory-wise.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of secured and unsecured business is essential.
  • Legal knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Human, analytical, and conceptual skills are required.
  • Good communication skills are necessary.
