Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned collections professional to oversee the management of assigned areas and drive business growth through effective collection strategies.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in resolving complex issues, managing budgets, and developing initiatives to reduce vendor payouts.

A successful collections manager will be responsible for:

  • Verifying asset possession through SARFESI/Section 9 process
  • Tracking delinquency rates and focusing on non-starters
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues within specified timelines
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS
  • Representing the organization in front of legal bodies as required
  • Allocating work to field executives and ensuring compliance with SLAs
  • Maintaining adequate Feet on Street availability across areas and segments

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

A degree in Finance or related field, combined with relevant experience in collections, is highly desirable.
