Job Title: Digital Adoption Specialist

About this Opportunity:

  • We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Adoption Specialist who will drive the successful adoption of our product with clients.

This role combines technical knowledge with excellent communication skills to ensure effective delivery and support. In this position, you will work closely with global customers to identify their training needs and develop actionable insights to improve digital adoption.

You will manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to our clients. You will also consult on optimal digital adoption strategies and propose solutions using our product ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management, or Software Development. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders.

Additional requirements include a strong learning appetite to become an expert on our products through certification programs, in-depth knowledge of Salesforce, and comfort working in a dynamic environment. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is also preferred.
