About the Role:

At our organization, we're seeking a highly skilled professional to manage customer experience, drive growth, and spearhead marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be able to analyze data and insights, and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives.

In this role, you'll play a key part in goal setting, strategy development, and tracking the success of our solutions. As an AI marketing solutions expert, you'll identify, create, and implement marketing solutions to drive measurable business results for our partners.

You'll design metrics and measures to determine ROI on our products, educate clients on product solutions and best practices, and effectively address customer satisfaction issues.

A thorough understanding of client brands, businesses, customers, and competitive landscapes is essential. You'll provide strategic guidance in building digital marketing initiatives and develop industry best practices, media strategies, and benchmarking initiatives.

Reporting and presenting performance snapshots to internal stakeholders are also key responsibilities.

We're looking for a proven track record of hitting and overachieving retention and growth targets. Prior experience in Digital Marketing, knowledge of media channels like Google, Social Media, Programmatic buying, etc., and analytic tools such as Omniture, GA, Appsflyer, Kochava, etc., are must-haves.

Strong problem-solving skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, rapidly iterate, and manage communications with different functions in a fast-paced startup environment are also required.
