Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.

This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per click (CPC), cost per action (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and providing weekly/monthly performance reports.

A strong analytical mindset is required, along with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms. Additionally, proficiency in campaign optimization and conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup) is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and provide regular performance reports.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for better targeting.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Continuously run A/B testing for creatives, copies, and targeting strategies.
  • Required Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in campaign optimization and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics to align paid and organic strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
