About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Specialist to join our team. This subject matter expert will play a crucial role in shaping the student experience by guiding learners through their educational journey.

This specialist will provide assistance and aid to learners enrolled in programs within machine learning and AI, data engineering, data science, and data analytics fields.

  • Monitor and respond to student inquiries via the learning management system and learner support software within 24 hours or less of submission
  • Rely on industry knowledge to guide students through complex assignments and questions
  • Provide prompt feedback with pointed questions to help students build problem-solving skills
  • Suggest course improvements to assigned Program Delivery Manager (PDM) and Designer to ensure content is communicated clearly and effectively

The ideal candidate has extensive work experience in data engineering, data science, or data analytics, proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and GitHub, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
