We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce leader to spearhead the development and optimization of our platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across the Salesforce tech stack, including Apex, Flow, Visualforce, Lightening Web Components, and integrations with third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, codebase, and platform.
  2. Lead integration efforts with external systems via APIs, middleware, and other tools.
  3. Proficiency in Apex, Lightening Web Components, SOQL, and data modeling.
  4. Hands-on customization of APEX triggers, batch, schedule Apex, VF components, and test classes.
  5. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices, performance tuning, and security.
  6. Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
  7. Perform code reviews and troubleshoot complex technical issues to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  8. Expedite resolution of technical issues and blockers across multiple workstreams.
  9. Drive automation in development workflows, build pipelines, and testing to accelerate delivery.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
  11. Ensure platform stability and security by performing regular maintenance updates and code reviews.
  12. Mentor developers and share best practices in Salesforce development.
  13. Expertise in CD/CD tools and DevOps practices.
  14. Azure DevOps is desirable; Jira or similar tools also acceptable.
