Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. This role requires a strong technical background in Salesforce development, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Design & Development :

- Build custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.

- Develop scalable and reusable code following best practices to optimize system performance.

- Implement customized workflows, process builders, flows, and triggers to automate business processes.

System Integration & Configuration :

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or third-party tools.

- Configure standard Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and reports as per requirements.

- Maintain data integrity by implementing proper data migration, cleansing, and validation practices.

Collaboration & Support :

- Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.

- Work closely with Salesforce Administrators to align configurations and customizations with business needs.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to end-users.

Testing & Deployment :

- Write and maintain unit tests with a focus on achieving high code coverage.

- Participate in QA cycles, bug fixing, and release management activities.

- Deploy code and configurations across sandbox and production environments while adhering to change management practices.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.

- Identify opportunities for process automation and system optimization.

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards, data privacy, and organizational policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (25 years preferred).

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, AppExchange solutions).

- Sound knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and governor limits.

- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, Git, and version control systems is a plus.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications are desirable.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
