Job Title: Salesforce Developer / Sr. Developer Experience Required: 3 to 7 Years Location: Noida / Pune / Chennai Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities - Analyze business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions. - Design, code, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and enhancements. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. - Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows. - Perform regular system audits and ensure platform security and data integrity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including admins, analysts, and project managers. - Provide technical support and training to end-users. - Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications - 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and JavaScript. - Experience with Salesforce integration tools and middleware. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modeling. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus). - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
