Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will develop compelling and on-brand copy for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in tone and style across all channels.

They will collaborate with the social media strategy lead to create content calendars and strategize social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

A key aspect of this role is fostering social media engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and thoughtfully. The candidate will also research and implement relevant hashtags to improve post discoverability.

In addition, they will work closely with designers to pair captivating visuals with their copy, ensuring posts are visually appealing. The ideal candidate will stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.

They will use social media analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly. Finally, they will create persuasive copy for social media ads and sponsored posts to drive conversions.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Copywriter or similar role.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong grasp of grammar and style.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Passion for and understanding of the target audience.
