**Commercial Proposal Manager Job Description**
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Proposal Manager to join our team at Jio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution selling and experience of bid management from opportunity identification through to project delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing virtual bid teams and inputs from key stakeholders, typically engaging with sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and project management/delivery teams. They will work closely with the Sales Lead to develop a clear win strategy for each bid and ensure win themes are clear and compelling.
**Responsibilities include:**
- Managing the end-to-end bid process from initial identification of customer requirements through to contract renewal strategy
- Driving the capture phase and ensuring all resources are aligned to client requirements long before the bid and pursuit phase gets underway
- Ensuring all lessons learned are fed back and implemented after bid submission
- Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid ensuring all products/services are included in the final price
- Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process
**Requirements:**
- Proven ability in delivering winning product or services opportunities
- Experience of bid management from opportunity identification through to project delivery
- Strong people management and commercial skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fully conversant with the competitive marketplace
