- Direct sourcing: Establish and maintain relationships with dealerships and other market references to identify potential customers.
- Customer engagement: Effectively manage relationships with all customers by responding to their requirements in a timely and professional manner.
- Documentation and information management: Ensure that all documentation and information related to loan proposals are obtained in a timely manner to practice the 'First Time Right' principle.
